Antique Mambila mask. 30 years roughly. Despite their small number, the 30 000 Mambila ( or Mambere, Nor, Torbi, Lagubi, Tago, Tongbo, Bang, Ble, July, Bea) settled in North eastern Cameroon , have produced a great number of masks and statuettes easily recognisable with their heart- shaped face.
A important production of terracotta objects are still found, token of the old Sao civilization influence to the north, near Chad.
